Returns & Refunds


For our custom made stickers we do NOT allow returns for reason unrelated to quality. We cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want it, ordered the wrong size/photo or prefer a different product.
 

Damaged/Defected Stickers

If there is an issue with your stickers, please contact us within 72 hours from delivery with a photo and your order number. We will reproduce any defective items after verifying the issue.
 
We may request that you return 100% of a defective order before we reproduce your order. We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required.
 

Wrong Sticker Trace Out

We cannot offer refunds or reprints if none or incorrect trace instructions were left when checking out. 
 
If you do leave specific trace instructions and you receive something different, it is possible our tracers modified the trace to best suit our printing method. If you are not happy with the way they came out please contact us with a photo of the sheet within 72 hours after receiving them and we will help you best we can!
 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of ordering and we will fully refund your order.  We cannot offer full refunds if your order goes into production. Please send us an email with your order number and we will process your cancellation request.
 

Order is lost or missing

If your tracking number says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package and you're certain nobody has moved it or accepted it for you, you must contact USPS immediately.

Once an order leaves our facility, it is under the care and responsibility of USPS. Any missing deliveries must be reported to USPS. They can provide information on a refund for the value of the package. My Sticker Face is not responsible for any missing or lost orders. Your tracking number will give you an estimated delivery date. A signature is not required for delivery. You must be available to receive this delivery personally, if not you risk your delivery being lost or stolen.

If you feel that there may be issues receiving your order in person, please contact USPS with the tracking number to schedule a pickup at a local USPS store.
