• Our average production time to process and print your order is 5 business days. This does not account for shipping time. Business days are Monday thru Friday.
• You will be sent a shipping notification by email with your tracking information when it is available.
• If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering.
• We DO NOT recommend shipping your stickers to hotels.
• Our Free Shipping option is shipped USPS First Class.
• USPS First Class ($4.95) typically takes 3-7 days transit.
• USPS Priority ($9.95) is also available which is usually 2 days transit but can take 3 or 4 in some areas of the country. We highly recommend that you choose priority shipping when checking out to be sure that you have insurance on your order in the event that USPS makes a mistake and you don't receive your package.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused during shipping transit.
• Please double check your shipping address when you receive your order confirmation as we are NOT responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to incorrect addresses.
• We ship to Canada using USPS First Class ($11.95)
• All international orders are shipped USPS First Class ($15.95)
• Shipping typically takes 1–4 weeks
• Tracking information is not always available so please hold tight as your stickers are being shipped.
Customers are responsible for covering custom fees and duties. If your country tends to apply such charges to items shipped from the US there is a good chance your order may be picked up by customs for extra fees. My Sticker Face is not responsible for these fees.
Missing or Lost Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, it is under the care and responsibility of USPS. Any missing deliveries must be reported to USPS. My Sticker Face is not responsible for any missing or lost orders. Your tracking number will give you an estimated delivery date. A signature is not required for delivery. You must be available to receive this delivery personally, if not you risk your delivery being lost or stolen.
If you feel that there may be issues receiving your order in person, please contact USPS with the tracking number to schedule a pickup at a local USPS store.
If your order is returned to us you may request redelivery. There will be a charge for this service.
